Refund policy
All refunds must meet and are subject to these conditions:
1. All returns must be PRE-APPROVED!
2. No returns after 20 days from shipment date.
3. $10.00 minimum shipping/restocking fee per package returned.
4. Must be returned unused. They may be opened from the shrink wrap as long as they are not written in or distressed in any way. Refunds will be processed after we have received and inspected them to verify acceptable condition.
5. Must be received in LFBC office within 10 business days of approval using your choice of carrier. US Postal Service Media Mail is usually the best value. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost and other fees.
